Staff and Church Officers

St George's and St Nicholas Churches run thanks to the service of many people but we are also fortunate to have a wonderful staff team. Here are some words about each of them so that you can get an idea of the kind of people we are.

Pastoral Staff

Parish Administrator

Flower De-Jager serves as the operational backbone of the Parish, managing day-to-day office functions, coordinating events, and is the primary point of contact for the congregation and wider community.

Church Wardens

Neil Greatorex and Ros Pratt are the wardens in the Parish of Norton.

Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO)

Dr Andy Nichols in the PSO for the Parish of Norton, and is the vital point of contact between the our church and the diocese regarding the safety of children and vulnerable adults.

PCC Treasurer

Carol Greatorex the PCC Treasurer. She is responsible for managing the church finances and is ably assisted by the finance team consisting of church family members.

PCC Secretary

Susan Taylor the PCC Secretary. She is primary point of contact and governance officer, ensuring the PCC fulfills its legal and charitable responsibilities while coordinating parish business.

Parochial Church Council (PCC)

The PCC of The Parish of Norton, carries responsibility for the church both legally and spiritually.
